After Land Perc receives all of the necessary information, you can expect the process to be completed in a timely manner. From there, final project packets can be picked up at our office or mailed. For more detailed information on pricing, please call our office staff.

For each project, you will need to fill out our order form located here. Additional necessary information will include the survey and floor plan which may be uploaded via the portal or emailed to our office.

There are many variables that can play a role on whether a home will fit on your lot. Septic system sizing depends on the number of bedrooms in the home and the living area under AC. Additionally, if the lot is going to be hooked into city water, this can affect the lot authorized sewage flow. For specific questions, please contact our office.

Land Perc will provide the following:
- Site Plan
- Soil Corrections Sheet
- The Application and System Specifications Sheet (DH Forms 4015/4016)
- System Profile Sheet
- Drainage Plan
- Directions to each Site
We will provide you with the completed Health Department application which will only require you to sign it and turn it in.

Revisions are minimal in cost and completed within one to three business days.
