Land Perc, Inc. offers services of septic design and soil analysis to meet your needs in residential new construction. We service Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Hendry/Glades, and Sarasota Counties. Our office has Certified Environmental Health Professionals previously employed by the Florida Department of Health.

We have brought those experiences to the private sector to help builders and future homeowners, design and install a better performing septic system. Because each County Health Department reviews and inspects the systems a little different than the other, Land Perc has a working relationship with each office. Land Perc’s mission is to educate the builder on their options with onsite products, to minimize unnecessary excavations and deliver to them the best design to meet their needs.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s)

  • How long will the process take and how much does each site cost?

    You can expect the process to be complete after two weeks of Land Perc receiving all of the necessary information. Once completed these packets can be picked up at our office or mailed. For more detailed information on pricing, please call our office staff.

  • What necessary information do you need?

    For each project, you will need to fill out our order form located here.  Additional necessary information will include the survey and floor plan which may be uploaded via the portal or emailed to our office.

  • Will my house fit on my lot?

    There are many variables that can play a role on whether a home will fit on your lot. Septic system sizing depends on the number of bedrooms in the home and the living area under AC. Additionally, if the lot is going to be hooked into city water, this can affect the lot authorized sewage flow. For specific questions, please contact our office.

  • What will Land Perc provide to you?

    Land Perc will provide the following:

    • Site Plan
    • Soil Corrections Sheet
    • The Application and System Specifications Sheet (DH Forms 4015/4016)
    • System Profile Sheet
    • Drainage Plan
    • Directions to each Site

    We will provide you with the completed Health Department application which will only require you to sign it and turn it in. 

  • What if revisions are necessary?

    Revisions are minimal in cost and completed within one to three business days.

COMPANY HISTORY

The founder of Land Perc, Mr. Kelly E. Hill Graduate of Louisiana State University(1997) with a B.S. degree in Environmental Management Systems. Kelly worked for the Lee County Health Department from 2001 to 2003 as a Certified Environmental Health Professional(CEHP). As an inspector with the Health Department Kelly was able to work with installers, builders and homeowners to understand all aspects of the design and construction processes. Kelly took that education and experience into the private sector in October 2003 and formed Land Perc.
