Land Perc Inspections
Our team of Certified Environmental Health Professionals (CEHPs) inspect all septic systems from standard tanks to Aerobic Treatment Units and Performance-Based Treatment Systems. We work within Florida Administrative Code 62-6 and follow local county requirements to ensure that projects pass all government codes and meet all client expectations.
Initial Inspection
LPI follows a trusted core process which examines the conditions of the drainfield, soils, septic tank, and property setbacks to make sure that the entire system is in compliance. We submit all inspections into the Department of Health and Department of Environmental Protection’s portals to create a painless approval process.
Final Inspection
We check the drainfield’s shoulder, cover, and slope to ensure that the septic system is finalized and meets all requirements. Any alarms for ATUs and dosing tanks are also tested. The system should be in a state that satisfies all codes.
Quick Turnaround
